I know Paul Justham, as we were in the mission at the same time in Bolivia-Santa Cruz, and still communicate occasionally via email on a mission email list.
I would correct one statement he made. In the early portion of the period, the area of Potosi WAS in the Santa Cruz mission. I was one of the last missionaries from our mission there, when they transfered it over to the La Paz mission (easier to get to from there).
