First of all, is it me or has customer service gone drastically down across the board over the last 15 years or so?
I remember when "customer first" really was more than just hot air. I mean, in the past, whenever I had problems or complaints, or even just a simple question, people used to jump through hoops to help me out.

If you were shopping in Wal-Mart Supercenter country you wouldn't get those looks. (that would be northwestern Arkansas).

I never understood people who DIDN'T shop by the cart load, and sometimes we had two, one for me, one for my wife. I just don't see wasting time and gas doing little bits of shopping every few days or week or so, not to mention how you save when you buy in bulk. I mean, if you KNOW the kids are going to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches all the time, why not buy they jumbo tubs?
