Woa woa woa. Okay, I do NOT believe in dieting. They are ALL fads, and never long lasting. Don't even waiste your time. Just learn to discipline yourself with portion control, get aquainted with what's in the foods you eat and you will soon get a feel for waht's truly healthy for your body. Keep that up with steady exercising and your body will not only lose weight but be HEALTHY! As for your skin, drink lots and lots of water and get pleanty of sleep. The old typical answers I know...but they work.
