are you just dieting or dieting and working out? i agree that diets don't work. you have to just eat healthy, but don't diet. but if you're working out, remember that muscle weighs more than fat. a friend of mine was losing lots of inches but gaining weight and couldn't figure out why. well she was working out TONS. so just keep that in mind. and good luck!
