In fact, I feel sorry for bishops at times, having to hear all these sins.
There's a saying of mine: If you don't have gray hair by the time you're a bishop, you soon will. :P

This is what they are called to do - LISTENING. I had a young Marine yesterday after Sacrament wanted only to see me just to talk...I was just a listening ear since he had no real mortal father at home. It lasted for thirty minutes. I could recommended him to talk to his bishop but that was not important. Being a father figure was the most important thing for him.
