If you remember, Tom Hanks is the guy who portrayed a 13-year-old boy fornicating with a 27-year-old woman in a popular major motion picture comedy.

This is such a silly statement. BIG was an extremely likeable, funny movie. Tom Hank's character may have had the mind of a 13 year old boy but he had the appearance of an adult man, so your description is deceiving. As for BIG LOVE, I am a watcher and I love the show. I love the characters, their backgrounds, their goodness, their deceitfulness, their humanity. Anything that involves the Mormon-ness of the show is well done. The characters are proud of their religion(s) and culture(s) whether they are on the polygamist side or the non-polygamist side. And the actors portraying these characters do an excellent job. I would think it best not to judge prematurely until the episode has aired. I will be making my judgements about the episode after I've watched it.

Sound, balanced teaching is a must. Our default should be to partake. Our default should be to live in joy, not condemnation. Our default should be to love, not to correct, to encourage, not to criticize. (Quote from prisonchaplain)
