Default Rasmussen...Obama approval minus two

The latest Rasmussen Poll shows Obama at his lowest approval rate to date at minus two percent. At the same time the Congressional Generic Ballot finds that 40% say that if the election were today they would vote for the Republican candidate. 38% would vote for the Democrat.

I always check the Rasmussen Poll. They have called the last two presidential elections closer than any other poll. They have also never been accused of slanting polls to find the results they want. Last year an AP poll showed arroval for President Bush at 13%. That was out of line with ANY other poll. It was found that 70% of the people they polled identified themselves as Democrats.
