Another idea is to get an RV refrigerator. They run off 110 volts and LPG and when the power goes out it will automatically switch to LP (does need some kind of 12 volt to keep the monitors working). Some even have the option to run off 12 volt, although it takes a long time to cool down if started on 12 volt, it can keep things cool on 12 volt if the fridge is already cold. Comes in verious sizes I have a side by side with ice maker in my RV, but the ice maker only works on 110 volt.
