We have two systems at work here as LDS.net and sometimes they don't talk to each other very well.
For whatever reason your account appears to have not gotten verified on one system and after a set time that system auto deletes unverified accounts.
At this point your path forward is to recreate the your Cneve account. Once you do that and follow the email verification process, post here again and I can check to see if your account is verified and direct you manual verification process if it is needed.
