Back in my LDS days, my favorite Enrichment Night was Beauty/Relaxation Night. There were different classes and activities you could choose from... maybe 5 choices and you could attend 3. Some of the different things were:
Manicure class - A lady knowledgeable in this area taught us all how to take care of our nails, and we had all the supplies we needed to follow along with what she told us. When we left, we all had nice manicured, painted nails.
Massage class - A massage therapist was there and taught us how to give chair massages. We paired off and gave each other a 15 minute or so massage.
Chocolate class - Someone taught a class on how to make a type of chocolate candy, and brought enough for everyone.
I'm not sure what else there was, but you could also have someone demoing how to give yourself a facial, while everyone in the class follows along. Perhaps do a class on yoga. You could go on and on with this beauty/relaxation theme.
Another great idea I heard about, but wasn't able to go is a 30 minute meal recipe exchange. Everyone cook a meal that takes less than 30 minutes and take it with enough recipes printed out for everyone. Everyone samples the dish and takes one of each recipe.
