Ummm, my first time doing this so I guess I hope this goes through. My parents have converted my brothers' old bedroom into a kind of junk room, It has stuff that they dont use on a daily basis in there, and my mom puts all of her canned stuff in there. that way she has it if she needs it, and she does not have to take up her entire kitchen cabinet with her canning. She also has an extra fridge and freezer out in the garage. I can not speak so much for myself yet because every time I try to start building a storage, I have to eat it cause I run out of money for groceries, but Mom's method works great for her.
