can u please teach me how to open a website?

Next month I am going to be opening a new site called LDSMISSIONCHAT.COM. This site will be for return missionaries and each mission will be given their own website, provided there is a contact who is willing to moderate the site and bring in his fellow missionaries. If you are a missionary and interested in running a mission site, please contact me by PM. Here is an example: http://dresden.ldstalk.com

What will be provided for free for each mission:

1 - Free Message Board
2 - Free Chat Room
3 - Free Photo Gallery
4 - Basic design of the site
5 - Free hosting: (mission.ldsmissionchat.com or domain name of your choice, paid for by you.)
6 - Indexing on LDSMISSIONCHAT.COM
7 - Complete admin control to moderate
8 - Free web based email. (yourname@ldsmissionchat.com. yourname@ldstalk.com will be available until the ldsmissionchat.com email is in place.)

Stipulations:
1 - LDSMISSIONCHAT.COM will cover all hosting costs, except for domain name registration if you choose to seek your own domain name (www.yourname.com).
2 - A site will be shut down if it is not conducted according to LDS Standards.
3 - Sites which are dead will be turned over to a new admin or removed
4 - A maximum of three google ads will appear on each page of the site.
5 – LDSMISSIONCHAT will retain ownership of sub-domains.
