I think you need to work thru a third party. Therefore, send me all the details along with a cashiers check made out to me and I will handle this for you in case you ever run for President. I will probably have to contact the Financial Minister of the African Country and offer some type of bribe as well as there will be no doubt other expenses. You see, the day after I wired her the money her brother fell and broke his arm. Well, unfortunatly her family has no insurance so she used that money for Doctor bills. I have just, yesterday, sent her another $ 1800 dollars to buy plane tickets again. I will be picking her up from the airport next wednesday and will let you all know what develops. Peace, Carl
