Question Paying tithing

I haven't gone to Church in a long time but I'm finally ready to go back. One of my concerns is tithing because I haven't paid it for 2 years. Can I just start paying again from scratch? Or will I need to make up for the last 2 years somehow?

yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift.

anyway, start from today!
that's what repentance is all about! and you don't even have to be inactive for 2 years!

A new year a new you? Hehe, yup, just go for it right now. That is what I did. I've been very blessed for paying my tithing starting when I went back to church. Everything feels good now, not that life is any 'easier' but no matter what, it's nice to get some peace.

Your tithing well start once you commit to pay tithing again. If that is today or tomorrow, thats when you need to start.

Tithing isn't a debt that you owe. It's a sign of faith and obedience. There is no such thing as making up tithing. You're either a full tithe payer or you are not. Just like you can't undo past sins, you can't undo not paying tithing. Just repent and start now.
