I'll just reinforce what others have said. Protect all at risk: your wife, your kids, and those whom he has influence over in his ward. Talk to the Bishop and trust him to carry the torch from there.
And pray like crazy.

Not sure there is a lot of software development on the ward level to fight pornography. Is your dad a software programmer? Lots of experience with software programming? There is a whole load of software that has been created to block or report pornography.

If so there is a program that can help your mom and dad a great deal, its called lifestar. Its a program that was created to help people over come there addictions to porn..its amazing.
