Hello eveyone. I am sorry you had to see that. I hope I have not hurt, offended, or depressed anyone. Your words and thoughts were great. I am doing better. I am not totally out of the dark. In fact I am still there but I am not going to let it consume me. At least not for now. Please keep me and others like me whom are lost and need special assistance from the Lord. Thank you. god bless

Hey Clark; Just a few more thoughts to help you out. One of the things that I had to learn is that depression is like alcoholism, you never become cured. You wake up in the morning and you need to fight the urge. Everyday that you fight the urge it becomes easier.

Nobody ever thinks that you have to fight a urge when it comes to depression but its there. The longer that you live with depression the more comfortable it becomes to feel down.

More later - Almosthumble

"It is not enough to know that God lives, that Jesus Christ is our
Savior, and that the gospel is true. We must take the high road by acting
upon that knowledge." Elder Dallon H. Oaks

"The Lord works from the inside out. The world works from the outside in. The world would take people out of the slums. Christ takes the slums out of people, and then they take themselves out of the slums. The world would mold men by changing their environment. Christ changes men, who then change their environment. The world would shape human behavior, but Christ can change human nature."
