Thanks guys. After I posted this question, the first thing I did after I woke up was to schedule an appointment with my current bishop. I told the secretary that I want to meet with bishop asap. Luckily, I could meet him today. (he is out of town from tomorrow till Sunday).

I confessed to him, and he was surprisingly understanding. And he told me some things that I can do. I'm glad I talked to my current bishop. Even though it's hard, I can say I feel much much better after I met with my bishop.

Thank to all of you again.

I always call it a "remarkable release." Big fright leading up to it, then once confessed, amazing release of stress. Good job, good luck and keep your chin up.
