That's good to hear melissar! Glad you liked it, and I can't wait for her next book in The Host Series (Stephenie said that the next books would be titled: The Seeker and The Soul).
Anyway, here's a short little review that I've decided to write (after starting to read it for a second time):
Stephenie Meyer has released another hit! The Host is a dazzling tale of a Soul who has to deal with life on an entirely new planet to her: Earth. As she plays host to the body of an early-twenties human, she finds out what humans are "all about", and she begins to feel a new emotion that she never felt before: Love. These different factors make Wanderer, the Soul, become conflicted with Melanie, the body she is hosting. After several turn-of-events, Wanderer adjusts to life on Earth.
Stephenie Meyer delivers a new classic that is entirely different from her first hit series, "Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and the upcoming Breaking Dawn". Her storytelling reaches beyond the norm and grasps the reader as they continue to turn the pages. The Host is a must read to all fans who love to read new genres.
(First review of the book, and I tried to avoid spoilers by leaving the review of the story vague )

Okay now I'm getting into the story. Really enjoying it now and starting to connect with the characters.

Read and finished it in two days. I only stopped reading to go to the bathroom, put clothes in and out of the machines and to cook meals. I even read as I was eating. THAT is how much I liked that book. The final night - 'er morning, I read until 5:30 am. I had the next day off - that is why I kept reading.
Nope, won't give away any details- only that it is GOOD. The last three chapters, I went through 1/2 a box of Kleenex!

Hey I learned something interesting at the Breaking Dawn party here in Utah. That "The Host" is actually the first book in a trilogy. Has anyone else heard that? It's the first I had. But this came from the guy that was here in town to promote her last Twilight book.
