Default "Mormon Scientist" by Henry J Eyring

For those who don't think you can be a famous scientist and still be a faithful Latter Day Saint, I would recommend you get and read this book. It is a biography of Henry Eyring, President Eyring's father, written by his grandson Henry J Eyring.
