Today's energy market is not the usual mode of supply and demand but future speculation. Expect the prices not to hold and should expect further downward trend on Monday. Today's closure of wholesale gas dropped today by 4 cents.

Now I read a headline today claiming that low gas prices could be bad for the economy. I didn't bother to read the article, but I thought it strange that low fuel prices was all of a sudden a bad thing.
