Hey Frank, you're the one who went to lunch with Limbaugh. :P

Because telling the truth and constantly bloviating is just not that entertaining. Bummer.

Perhaps...or perhaps the level of negativity.

I'm talking about the medium though, liberals do quite well in the blogosphere (I can't believe i used that word), and in print media, radio though is just something they've never had real success with. Even though a lot of conservative talk radio is parroting Limbaugh, and the same predicable partisan dribble, they still get huge audiences.

I remember the TV show WKRP in Cincinnati, had a problem with a oddball selection of kooks and cranks protesting when it changed from talk radio to a rock and roll format. They were such a strange looking bunch. Anyway, I always envision them when I think of conservative talk show listeners.

Now, about Cheney, he was fairly astute in realizing all the inherent problems in getting entangled in Iraq back when. So what happened? Did he indeed lose his mind?

Edit: I meant to say "not" constantly bloviating

Moksha,

I have a problem here.

I made a promise that I would not discuss the Iraq war anymore, and I have to keep that promise. I made it to Outshined, who is in Iraq right now, and I can't go back on my word.

I realize I'm not the only person you're talking to; however, you know I would be responding if I could, so I need to let you know why I can't.

I know you, and know you will understand.

No. The world has changed a lot in the years since then.

I doubt their is a person who could not be made to look foolish from a statement made 10 years ago, to how they live today.
