Default June 22, 2009 .Find some time for yourself

“…Find some time for yourself to cultivate your gifts and interests. Pick one or two things that you would like to learn or do that will enrich your life, and make time for them. Water cannot be drawn from an empty well, and if you are not setting aside a little time for what replenishes you, you will have less and less to give to others”

M. Russell Ballard, Ensign, May 2008, 108–10

This one really hit home to me. I have found over the years that I do very little for me and the things that really interest me. Singing was always my passion and have found myself so far removed from it anymore. So I joined a choir hoping to renew some of that passion I feel I've lost.
