New Family Search-on hold ordinances

If it is green it is printed but what about the on hold ones? Is green printed and ready or are the ones not ready but printed also green? Do I reprint the on hold ordinances?

As I understand it, the familysearch people can put something on hold and the person submitting data can put something on hold.

If you're the person who put it on hold then you can reprint the cards.
