Default Digiuno

E proprio vero che anche dopo tanti anni di appartenenza alla chiesa ho ancora molto da imparare.
In questo ultimo periodo mi stavo chiedendo una cosa in merito al digiuno.
Come mai la domenica di digiuno prendiamo lo stesso l'acqua e il pane?
E' vero che non stiamo facendo un banchetto, ma stiamo comunque ingerendo del cibo e dell'acqua, anche se di piccole entità, e riflettevo sul fatto che questa cosa possa o meno interrompere un digiuno

Me lo sono chiesto anch' io inizialmente ma chiaramente il Signore non lo considera un problema. Ma una buona soluzione e' fare un digiuno durante la settimana, cosi' non ci sono scuse :)

Lo scopo di prendere il sacramento non e quello di alimentare una fame fisica o necessita, ma una spirituale.
