Default Anything Goes...

How about a thread where anything goes? I miss that thread that was an "experiment", but I can't find it anywhere.

We'll see how far this one goes...

Right now I am eating baby carrots with ranch dressing.

It is SOOO good. When I run out of dressing, I try to eat the carrots by themselves, but it is not the same.

Then, one day, I ran out of carrots but I still had some dressing left.

I licked the bowl clean...but that just wasn't the same either. Guess the carrots and the ranch are a magic combination.

LOL LOL

Well, I tried that one as I was conversing with a sister over 'If Adam and Eve never ate the fruit..." [interview]. Next few pages, I was being 'stoned' by the membership here when I providing what she talked about and played that role as her. The prophet had the same problem when trying to relate to the Saints unknown gospel doctrine or principles before them...fearing himself would be stoned.lol

Since this is Anything Goes....here goes.

I feed my animals (beloved pets) in the early evening. I went out yesterday to do so. I feed my Labs first, because Dagny is ALL about the food! Then I throw some scratch out for my chickens. Then I go to feed Hippity Hop. Now, he is not really mine; except at this point he is. When I moved to Georgia four years ago, I brought my bunny, which I had rescued off the busy street in front of our E.R.

Well, my sister (really her son, who was tired of taking care of it) had a bunny. For some reason I still do not understand she decided to give it to me. I did not want/need/ask for another one. But I knew the bunny was not being well taken care of, so I added it to my family.
Last year my bunny died. I had no history on it, so I have no idea how old it was. Hippity Hop seemed O:K: being alone.

Well, when I went to Hippity Hops cage, he was dead. I didn't see any outward sign of anything being wrong. Maybe old age.
I will miss seeing him every day.

I now have an empty cage. It is calling out to be occupied...

True,

Does this mean that you would be willing to take MY bunny...Jelly Bean????

PLEASE!!!!!

With work/college/husband/kids I just can't handle having to clean the cage every week. I have plenty of food for it, a nice new cage...what do you say?????????????

I used to enjoy carrots with ranch sauce until I ate them one night just before coming down with a really bad stomach bug (lasted all that night and through most of the next day - almost exactly 24 hours) and now I can't stand the sight or smell of them.

I had that problem with tequila once Jena... but I'm over it now, since I don't go near any of it anymore.

I had the same thing happen to me in childhood with quesadillas. Couldn't stand the sight of them for *years*. Unfortunately, I've since overcome that. Darn their cheesy goodness!

I lived in New Mexico for a year on a job and very quickly came to realize that, at least in the part of the state I was in, even vanilla ice cream tasted like jalapeno peppers. I went to an upscale steak house in Santa Fe, hoping to have a real "gringo" meal, and ordered the prime rib....

...which came with a huge chili pepper on the top!!!!

I can't even go to tex-mex restaurants anymore...WAAAAAAA!!

Oh, and if anyone is interested, I'd be happy to share my theory about what REALLY happened to the dinosaurs.
