hahaha, (I don't think that quite works) why would I pretend to be me so that I could take Eve for myself when I already have her?

Doesn't this sound like a soap opera, As The Garden of Eden Turns?
Isn't this the kind of thing one would find in such a soap, where someone is lying in a hospital bed thinking they are someone they really aren't, meanwhile the bad guy is pretending to be someone who (secretly) he really is?
And isn't there an illegitimate baby being carried by the beautiful, but incredibly naive and blonde, woman?
Would you believe that Lilered is actually a short mad scientist, intent on ruling the world? Note his frizzy, mad scientist's hair?
