Did Abel's brother Cain cause that Mighty Wind which messed up his hair?

Are we sure Lilered isn't a mad scientist? Look how he's been cross-breeding those sheep - with Cain????

Wasn't Able the keeper of sheep and Cain dealt with the ground/fruit?
