Default Memorable Movie Moments

I am a movie junkie and as a function of such am prone to quote movies frequently. I thought it would be fun to post our favorite movie moments! .....or worst movie moments as the case may be.

I will start. Remember in the movie "Outsiders" when Matt Dillon shoves the knife into the hospital mattress and says, "Do it for Johnny, man! Do it for Johnny!"

Or when Edward finally shows up at the end of "Sense and Sensibility" and informs the family that he is indeed unmarried and then Ms. Dashwood bursts into uncontrolled tears and the rest of the women exit the room and spy from the yard and then Edward finally says, "My heart has always been yours....." and me and everyone in the theater is bawling their eyes out!

And finally..... In the movie "Sand Lot", after a failed attempt at using vacuum cleaners to help them retrieve lost baseballs from the neighbors evil dog, Tommy Timmons says as he stands there covered in vacuum dust, " We've been going about this all wrong. I blame myself."

I always liked that line of the Chesire Cat (he had several good lines) from Alice in Wonderland, in which he replies, "Oh, bother". That sums up my feeling towards housework.

I'm a movie junkie too. Drives my husband crazy. I love dumb movies. One of my favorites to quote is Three Amigos. I love when Chevy Chase shoots the invisible swordsman and Steve Martin says, "It's like living with a six year old."

I love Star Wars. I laugh everytime when Han Solo turns around says to Chewbacca, "Laugh it up fuzzball". Stupid line but cracks me up everytime.

When Buckaroo Banzai is being tortured by Dr. Emilio Lizardo, Buckaroo says to Lizardo, "I'm not telling you anything until you let Penny out of this dump!"

In the movie "Spaced Invaders", the sheriff's daughter says to her dad, "They're not evil...they're just.....stupid."

Ghostbusters:

Dr. Peter Venkman: This city is headed for a disaster of biblical proportions.
Mayor: What do you mean, "biblical"?
Dr Ray Stantz: What he means is Old Testament, Mr. Mayor, real wrath of God type stuff.
Dr. Peter Venkman: Exactly.
Dr Ray Stantz: Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling!
Dr. Egon Spengler: Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes...
Winston Zeddemore: The dead rising from the grave!
Dr. Peter Venkman: Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!
