Default Looking for a Cebuano translator

I have about 6 lines of text I need translated from English to Cebuano. Is anyone fluent?

maybe all the people who speak cebuano don't speak english. EEEK.

I'd be very surprised if they didn't speak English too. English is one of the official languages. Every Filipino I have spoken with has wonderful English skills. I wouldn't even know they were in the Philippines.
