Thanks Iggy. Luckily I only have to choose one letter. I'd never come up with something for all of them.

Pam, I assume you would want the letter to represent a positive quality you have in abundance. If you are a patient person, how about patient for the letter P.

Patient
Amiable
Mother
Exemplary
Light-hearted (I'm looking for some way to incorporate sense of humor and wit, and this seems to work)
Accessible (as in, there for people) (I restrained myself from saying "ancient" -- I'll leave that to Pale and Ben )

I thought you meant like an anagram

First word that i saw was lame.
No hard feelings. Think of it as a nice way of saying old

only other ones i could find were lama and map. I don't have a very extensive vocabulary

Okay, ascendent might be a bit much for a job interview, but it got stuck in my head, and as I figured you only needed one "A" I left it in there anyway.

Is this seriously a job interview question?

Good luck!!!!

Yeh..someone else that interviewed and got the job just a few months ago said it was asked in the group interview. I'm just trying to be prepared. I guess in the group interview they went around the group and everyone had to respond to this question.
