This is from Sandra Bullock's Miss Congeniality. She roomed with an eccentric beauty pageant contestant who had an over-religious mother. She was describing her strict religious upbringing. Heather Byrne was the actress who said the line. Sandra B has given Heather Byrne kudos for her overall acting ability.
