This is from Sandra Bullock's Miss Congeniality. She roomed with an eccentric beauty pageant contestant who had an over-religious mother. She was describing her strict religious upbringing. Heather Byrne was the actress who said the line. Sandra B has given Heather Byrne kudos for her overall acting ability.

Here's another line -- Heather Byrne is asked, as a beauty queen contestant

"Describe your favorite date"?

She replies "April 29th, because it's not to cold, and not to hot, and you don't need to wear a jacket"
