Biel. (Alba can't act worth beans, though I'm not guessing that acting skills were what you had in mind. I think Jessica Biel is more attractive, too. I'm a woman, my opinion probably doesn't count for much here.)

I haven't assessed their acting skills - but I agree, Biel is my choice as well.

Jessica Biel is more attractive IMO.
