Not really.

The person below me did not go to a ballet recital on Saturday night where his/her son got a really bad headache which made you leave early.

Tomorrow is my last day of true freedom. I do not work or go to college tomorrow. But I start back at college Tuesday morning.

The person below me enjoys life, and can appreciate the beauty even on a cloudy day.
