Fair,

I've noticed, not only with myself but with a couple of my friends, that the past couple days their internet has really slowed down and some pages don't even want to load, and now it's starting to pick back up again. So, it may have something to do with the DTV transition or it may not. At least that's what it appears to me. Definately try clearing out your cookies and cache, that could help as well. Keep us updated!

There are generally said to be three 'r's to tech support. Restart, Reboot and Reinstall. I think there should be a forth one though, 'Remove cache and cookies'.

I've done tech support. This is on target (although #4 should actually be #1 in sequence).

Yes, although I'd prefer it to be 'remove and drop out of window'. That is why we are on the first floor (as opposed to the ground floor) incidently... things tend to shatter a little more (much more satisfying).
