How do I delete a duplicate thread?

I started a thread, pushed post, and it logged me out. I logged back in, and pushed continue. It took me back to the compose page. I pushed post again. And then realize that I posted twice. Now I tried to delete the second post, but there is not option or button to delete.

What is a girl suppose to do??

While everyone can edit or delete their own posts, it appears that only moderators or administrators are able to delete a thread. So, if that happens, just flag one of us down, and we will be happy to help.

Added: You can click the triangle "Report Post" button at the top of your own thread, and in the comment box, state that it is a duplicate and you want it deleted, or merged with the other one if someone has already posted a response to both. And don't worry, this will not result in a your banning yourself or having an automatic warning or restriction sent to you. It just puts a flag in the forum area that mods frequently check.
