Winter is Coming!!
Hi there!! I am new here, I am Brandy and we are moving to Lehi this weekend! I have a beautiful 3 year old daughter and a wonderful husband. We just moved to Utah from Florida this past Jan. and are loving it! I am so excited that winter is coming again, I love the cold weather!! Plus my daughter and I are missing the gorgeous snow capped mountains! That is about it for now...hope to talk to you all soon!!

We lived in Daytona Beach for 6 years and Orlando for almost a year. I like Utah so much better!!!

I like Utah, it is beautiful. I love all the Temples, especially.
I have a niece that lives there. I do not thrive in cold, though. I lived in Miami for 20 years, then moved to Naples for 20 years. Perfect weather for me...

I like Miami...we always had a fun time when we went down there! I never made it to Naples. Are you in Naples now or somewhere else? I defiantly am not missing the hurricanes. I was pregnant in 2004 with a husband in the National Guard, I ran and left him behind every time!! That was a lot of fun!

Yes, Miami is great. We weathered a lot of hurricanes during those years. Luckily for us, we had just moved from the Homestead/Kendal area to Naples when Andrew blew through. I moved from Naples four years ago, to south Georgia to care for elderly parents. This is as far north as I go!
Anything colder than 55>60, and I can barely function.

I luckly did not live anywhere near Florida when Andrew came through!! My sister in law lives in northern GA and I am originally from S. Kentucky. This is the perfect weather right now, it is in the upper 70's, it is so perfect here!
