Default Howdy!!!

Hi, I'm new to this site. I was born and raised in the LDS church and started questioning it a few years ago. I'm now an atheist, but I still enjoy discussing the church and its doctrines with members. I decided to give this site a try because some other religious sites that I post on are filled with belligerent Christians who clog the forums with anti-Mormon nonsense. I just want to have civil discussions, and I'm hoping to find some here.

Me, too, although that "few years" is now something like 62 or 63. I'm too much of a skeptic to be an atheist. I have enjoyed discussions here but I read somewhere between 1 and 5 percent of the postings.

Hi Godless. I think the most important thing to do if you have doubts is to pray just like what Joseph Smith did. I hope you'll find the answers to your questions. God answers our prayers in a lot of ways.

Howdy Godless,

I'm a convert - but that hasn't stopped me from questioning things from time to time. Well, most of the time actually...

I hope you find what you are looking for here...
