Rebky is new here....
So I guess it was the writers strike? Maybe the winter is getting a lil long.... but I have not posted on a forum like this for 6-7 years and the only chatroom I was ever in was an LDS one called Heatherchat or something like that. I was wondering if this is the new and improved version of that? I heard yesterday that two sites were merged. Anyway... I forgot how fun it was to just talk openly like you do when you are chatting rather obscurely to a 'screen name'  so here I am.

Hi Rebky! I hope you enjoy this site too, it seems likely that 'Heatherchat' may have been a very early version of this site, and LDSTalk, as the owner of this site is called Heather!

Thank you for the welcomes! I've actually gone in to chat, Dr T... some nice people go there! And Pushka... it was Heather's name I put in google to find the old chat I used. It led me here so I'm really curious. I think it WAS lds talk... Heather looks too young- If it's her she was doing it when the internet was very new.
This site has a lot of 'myspace' qualities to it now.. very cutting edge. (Myspace is scary, and kids are so drawn to it. I ask mine to not go there.) What do you think... is this a good place for teenagers?

Well thanks! It's always nice to look young. I started my first LDS chat room about 11 years ago, when I was 18/19 years old. It wasn't even on it's own domain name. Here's a look back: http://web.archive.org/web/199812070...ather/ldschat/

rhtubs!!! that is exactly where I used to go! It looked even different from that though but that was the place. Well Heather you are brilliant, and I found your hotspot again. Color me impressed!
