Here's the definition of "pithy."

pith·y [píthee] (comparative pith·i·er, superlative pith·i·est) adj
1. brief and to point: brief, yet forceful and to the point, often with an element of wit
2. of pith: relating to, containing, or resembling pith

The phrase "Purposeful Pithiness" indicates I want to be forceful, to the point, and a laugh factory.
