2 Ne. 25: 23
23 For we labor diligently to write, to persuade our children, and also our brethren, to believe in Christ, and to be reconciled to God; for we know that it is by grace that we are saved, after all we can do.
Mosiah 4: 27
27 And see that all these things are done in wisdom and order; for it is not requisite that a man should run faster than he has strength. And again, it is expedient that he should be diligent, that thereby he might win the prize; therefore, all things must be done in order.
Matt 20 1-19 Jesus gives the parable of the laborers in the vineyard. Those who labored all day got a penny and those who only labored the last hour got the same as he who labored all day.
Moro. 7: 47
47 But charity is the pure blove of Christ, and it endureth forever; and whoso is found possessed of it at the last day, it shall be well with him.
