New Chat Policy - Chat room will be closed if there is no moderator in the room
It saddens me that due to the actions of a few members of the site, it has become necessary to have the chat room switched off when there isn't at least one moderator in the room. Moderators can turn the chat on through the admin login. It was either this or remove the chat completely from the site. I am in the process of recruiting new moderators so that there will rarely be a time the chat is shut down. However, this process takes time, as it's important to me that all current moderators are okay with a new moderators before they join the ranks.

I also volunteer, although I fear I might have been part of the problem. (I don't think I did anything WRONG, but after reading this I read some of the complaints moderaters have been having- and I think I wasn't exactly bringing the spirit into the chat room.) For that I am sorry.

i will volunteer also...i know that i wont be able to be the goof of the room and "grow" up...but will do what needs done so other investigators can come in and find the ans. that they need like i did....if i acted not in a good manner in the room i apologize

I'm loving being a mod! So far eveyone's been good on my watch... and they BETTER keep it that way! Yeah...that's right. I can be "mean" if I need to be! lol!

This generally dissatisfies me.
But there's usually a mod in the room anyway, so there's doubtful that there'll be no mod at any "normal hour."

as most mods know I have offered my assitance as a mod...........I can be on later, and am on most the time durng the day.....

I didnt get out what I wanted........again..... I have admin and Mod experience and know what is expected of both positions......I now understand the need to keep the chat clean and a representation....
