Default New leadership roles on LDS.net: Head Moderators

I've created a new positions at LDS.net. I'm very excited to announce that Pam, Palerider, and Skalenfehl have accepted the role of Head Moderators. Their responsibilities will be as follows:

1 - Give final approval to ban a person from LDS.net, unless the person is an obvious spammer: i.e. posting lewd things, spamming anti-mormon information, or something that requires immediate action.
2 - Monitor private messages in chat and they also have the ability to edit other sections of the site, such as the gallery and profiles.
3 - Responsible to see that new moderators are trained and also are a mentor to all moderators
4 - If members of the site have a concern about a moderator, they can message a head moderator. All concerns about members of the site will be presented to the moderators. Concerns about a specific moderator or sensitive issue will be sent to the Head moderators. I will only deal with concerns about head moderators and issue that at brought to me from the head moderators.

In additional to this new role, posting issues you have with a moderator anywhere on the site will not be allowed. Please follow the chain of authority if you have any concerns. Any such posts will be removed and the poster will be reminded that proper channel for handling such things.

Here is the list of site moderators: LDS Mormon Forums - Show Groups

Here is the course of action that should be taken if you have a concern:
1 - Send a message directly to the moderator you have a concern about. If you are unable to work out the problem then,
2 - Send a message to the head moderators.
3 - If after you have approached both avenues, you may then also send a message to me; however know that I am very unlikely to over rule anything that has been sanctioned by the moderators and head moderators.

I'm very grateful for the time and effort that all of the moderating staff puts into this site. Because of this, I am not going to allow any complaints to be publicly voiced with regards to them. I do understand that there will be concerns from time to time. Please just follow the outlined course of action above.

I noticed there are types of moderators. What does it all mean?

Would it be fair to say their duties are segregated by age or beauty?
