Wink hahahah

I've been LOL with all the responses... TG, I'm glad you posted that because I got a "Friend" request from "dspecialone" yesterday, nothing else. When I logged on here today, it wasn't there! I thought that was strange until I ran into this thread! I guess the person read it, and deleted the profile!!!

I wondered what that was all about!

Some guy kept sending me messages even after I told him I was married, but I had never seen him post on the boards before. So I just started ignoring him.

Ok so I know that mostly women are responding but I get these all the time from people too. The dead give away in the ones I get is that they claim to be American but have moved to Africa for either school or work or what ever. Only problem is their grammer is attrocious.

Ok and on another note. I know this isn't the same as these solicitations but twice now from the chatroom I have met women who claimed to be one thing and were not at all who they appeared to be. One of them was actually married. The other was very well known here and had posted pics that were not her. Both of them were really fun to talk to but when it came time to actually meet there was always something that came up. I guess just be carefull how attached you get to people here because for the most part I think people are good and honest but remember that you can be anyone online.

I got hit with pm/email spams when I first joined when this forum was lds.talk. So when I saw that there was an option for not getting emails except from Buddy's and Friends I chose that option.

Thus I don't get hit with the spam stuff here. Believe me I get hit with enough of them via my personal email.com address. Yep I bought a web site. I have my own .com - Husband was supposed to do up the three or five free web pages and I handle the email addresses. Well Husband is too busy working and taking care of his stocks to work on the web pages. So they sit empty. Oh well, they don't cost all that much so I don't care.

Yeah, wish is was just a picture, what a pain to clean it off! The monitor was the easiest, I use Dust Off Monitor Wipes. But the keyboard was something else. Q-tips, toothpicks and rubbing alcohol and gently whacking it against the desk dislodged most of the sticky chuncks. I am thankful I didn't read that while I was eating beef stew.

Isn't that why the Instruction Manual says...No eating at the computer! ??

There is an instructional manual for my laptop? REALLY?

Does it really say that I can't eat near it?? Huh.

What else does it say?
