Default LDS.net Makeover Suggestions

I wanted to poll the members of LDS.net and ask what changes you'd like to see to the site. This could be anything to colors, design, new features, etc. Use this thread to submit your suggestions. Thanks!

could we possibly have a way to have albums in our photos?
instead of a bunch of random pictures we could use the albums to have neat and orderly photos. with a way to put which photos we want to show up in a certain order would be grand too!!!

Hi Heather,

I was kinda hoping for a " private Catholic " area.

It would be for ONLY Catholics and we would discuss " private things "

Peace,
Carl

In the strip along the top of the page with New Posts, Calendar, Search, etc., I 'd like a My Posts feature. So I could immediately find my posts without having to dig around for one of my posts to click on to find others. I've seen this in other forums and it was soooo handy.

BTW, Heather, thanks for asking!

I would love to see the functionality of the private groups increase. I would be nice if they functioned more like the main forums do ....IE: Bold for new posts and perhaps new posts rotating to the top. We wouldn't mind a "thank you" button as well.

Thanks.

I would also like to make it easier to find all my posts and all my thank you's. It would be nice if I could simply see mine instead of scrolling thru to find them. Thanks.

I was going to say an LOL button, as long as it's used for laughing with them, not at them.

I would like each member's blog posts to connect to each other again, the way they did at LDSTALK.

I would also LOVE to be able to see all of my "Thank You's." I've pretty much given up looking for them.

I think you've done a fabulous job on this site (No, this is not derrier smooching. I really think that.)

Yes, but the problem is Step #1. Sometimes that's not easy. Some forums have that option without that step. You can just click on My Posts at the top of each page.
