Yeah, you're right Lby, I'm having a hard time maintaining the incredible humility that I worked so long to develop!

T-Shirt
Some years ago my wife purchsed two T-shirts for me that showed the map of Utah.
I pulled them on and we went into a cinese restaurant in SLC. After a while people
touched my back and showed their friends some locations on the map and
commented them. Also people in a shop in Park City liked my T-shirt.
With this T-shirt it is easy to start talking to other people.
I´d love a T-shirt with a map of USA on one side and of Utah on the other side.
And a sentence like: "I love LDS.net"

hm, interesting idea roland, but a LOT of our members are from out of utah, and out of the USA. I think that might be a bit of an issue for those members not in the USA or utah.
but going off that idea...what about
LDS.net
a world wide community
then a map of the world, or a picture of the earth underneath

Hmmm
Okay Lbybug,
then let´s have Utah on the front and the world on the back.
So we leave the world behind us and strive forward to Zion.
LDS are a world wide community in anyway.
Hmmm ....if we include Kolob and Henochs City and Eden and
Paradise, aren´t we an universal community?
(BTW: Even home in Germany people start talking to me concerning my T-Shirt.)
Have a nice day
Roland

ok so i object to the map of ut. lol ut isn't my zion. we've been told to build zion where we are.... i like bug's world wide comunity........ on the back (i still say plain front with just the small lds.net on the shoulder) a world map with something like
making the world zion
building zion in the world
It is the building of Zion on the earth. (Gordon B. Hinckley, “An Ensign to the Nations,” Ensign, Nov 1989, 51)
building the kingdom across the world (Gordon B. Hinckley, “An Ensign to the Nations,” Ensign, Nov 1989, 51)
however, those are lds specific things, we have a lot of contributing non lds... shouldn't it be something they would like to wear too?
Many come with doubts and bias. They leave with appreciation and curiosity (Gordon B. Hinckley, “An Ensign to the Nations,” Ensign, Nov 1989, 51)
i like black for the shirt.
heather, what will you do if the idea is a culmination of several ppl's brain storming? lol do they all get shirts or just the one that came up with the final idea?

How about a little of bugs and other's ideas. A picture of the world on one side and something along the line of:
Lds.net - bringing the world together.
