Pam cannot be bribed. She will take the shoes BEFORE even considering you as mod.

As for the new mods, they are coming in to replace some of us who have been inept and willing to be bribed (and not give Pam her standard 80% cut). This is, after all, her MLM retirement option.... She gets mods underneath her that pay her for the power. And when she's used them up, she replaces them with new blood.
