Hi everyone. I saw some missionaries that had a book cover or holder for their quad and Bible. I would like to get one of these but don't really know which one to get. The fabric ones seem good enough but I don't know how sturdy they are. I know I can get one at Deserete Books but I would like some reviews of them before I dish out the money for one. Any recommendations or reviews?

my husband got one of the all leather (real not fake) ones to take on his mission (over 12 yrs ago). he's still using it. granted it looks like it went on a mission but it still does the job and despite buying him a new one he seems quite attatched to it. lol if they are still making them the same way i don't know.

If you're after a really good sturdy scripture holder, I'd suggest visiting your local single's ward. Some of them aren't exactly sturdy, but they'll be more than willing to hold them for you.

I got a leather one at Deseret Book about 20 years ago and it's still going strong. I would recomend them.

The Church Distribution sells quad covers from about $7.00 to $33.00. You won't need a cover for the quad combination and bible. One of the scriptures in the quad combination IS the bible.

But be careful. My wife did this on one of our first trips to the Temple. We had just started dating. She got her name on them, now she has to get them re-done. She bought them about a year ago.
