Default Ressurection

In todays lesson in Sundayschool was an interesting thing. It never hit me before, so I suppose I have reached the step to be able to see the speciality in it : 3 Nefi 23 : 7-13
This is how important Jesus thought the ressaurection of rigious at his ressaurection was and how it should have been recorded better.
A question arises about where are the records? (Cumora probably)
Then I thought about the Bible how little there is written about those that came out of their graves when Jesus ressaurected. It mentions that many saw them, but that is all. I wonder if there was better records that were not taken in the Bible as it was inconvinient.

We can only speculate. We do know that the Bible has had many "plain and precious" truths removed and/or modified over the years. We also know that the Book of Mormon had a sealed portion that Joseph Smith did not translate.

So there is much much more to be had than what we currently have and what has been revealed. We believe the Lord will YET reveal many plain and precious truths. Much of that depends upon our personal as well as our collective righteousness.

Something else we should keep in mind is that the mysteries of God constitute many scriptures that are in plain sight -- but which only make sense when God reveals them to us. In other words -- it is not enough **just** to have the words in front of us. There is another missing ingredient. That is the Spirit of the Lord -- the Spirit of Prophecy of Revelation!!!!!!! He must reveal the meaning of the words to our hearts and minds. It is not enough just to read them. We rely and depend upon the Spirit of the Lord to make those words meaningful to us. For this reason He taught in parables.

What makes a resurrection glorious? Why is our having HOPE in a glorious resurrection talked about so much? Because a hope of having such only comes to us through KNOWLEDGE. Knowledge that our walk before the Lord is acceptable to Him.
