When we recall the past, we usually find that it is the simplest things - not the great occasions - that in retrospect give off the greatest glow of happiness. Bob Hope If you haven't any charity in your heart, you have the worst kind of heart trouble. Bob Hope Bob Hope was my hero.

Recently I've read all of the Twilight Series. Loved them. I'm looking forward to the next book. I just finished the series "Left Behind." Was a very interesting read. One that I couldn't put down. I also love anything written by Sidney Sheldon and Robin Cook.

Give me the oldie groups. Styx, Journey, REO Speedwagon, Queen, Kansas. I'm sure I'll think of more. I'm also into the Wolfe Tones which is a group from Ireland. Also Aretha Franklin is the woman!!! I love her. Also enjoy Josh Groban and Rascal Flatts.

My favorite movie of all is "Remember the Titans." I also enjoyed Schindlers List and Rwanda. I enjoy movies that are based on actual happenings. Last one I saw was "We are Marshall. Another favorite would be Steel Magnolias.

Since I work 60-70 hours a week it seems I have very little time for hobbies anymore. I enjoy scrapbooking and counted cross stitch. I love reading and music. I love long road trips. Never get tired of the drive. Just wish I could do them more often. I have started collecting early 80's memorabilia for the San Diego Chargers and San Diego Padres. Gotta keep me off of Ebay on that hobby.

Let the new football season begin. GOOOOOOO CHARGERS!!!!!!!!!

I'm a single mother of 3 teenagers. Yikes!!! I live in Utah but those that know me know I will always consider San Diego to be my home. Avid Chargers fan!!! I've been associated with ldstalk (have seen different formats over the years) for 9 years. My favorite vacation spot is (drum roll) you guessed it...San Diego!!!

I've had the opportunity to live in 7 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Lived the Navy life until I moved to Utah 12 years ago. In fact I worked for the Navy for 18 years (as a civilian). I even had the most wonderful of opportunies to fly out to a Navy carrier while they were at sea. So I've done the arrested landing and the catapult launch off the ship. Talk about a rush!!!!

Hi pam,
I was wondering if you could take a moment and watch this video of Elder Holland talking about God's Words Never Cease. Be sure to add a rating and comment. Thank you so much!

Pam,

I'd like to apologise to you.

I'd rather not elaborate.

I'm just sorry.

Dear pam,

You know that recipe I shared with you the other day.  Change the amount on the tomatoes to 3 cups.  I was writing things out from memory, but when I went back to try the recipe again, I realized my memory is failing me.    Sorry.

I see now why you have banned Tough Grits from visiting your page.  She has absolutely no appreciation for beautiful and bright things.   Wait...what did I just type...it's so bright I feel I am going blind.  hahaha  j/k.  I love the colors...and wanted you to know I love that you and your daughter have joined the site.  You two are a breath of fresh air and I'm happy to be getting to know you better.

Thank you, Pam.  Now, if SHE had done the colorful page FIRST, then it would have been "a good thing!"  LOL

This is a great site.   I learn so much from the people posting here.  I tend to be more of an observer; wading in now and then.   Tough, on the other hand,  dives in head first...strong and fearless!  Thanks for your warm welcome!
