Default "In good health"

I was looking a few months ago at the requirements for future missionaries and it states that prospective missionaries should be "in good health". What exactly does that mean?

No lingering medical problems which might impede their ability to perform missionary work.

I've heard that there is a "too heavy" limit even if you are healthy in every other way.

News to me. Who told you that? I've never heard of any BYU linemen being turned down yet.
